At 3bearscoffee.com.au, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure that the process is as easy as possible for you.
Returns
You may return any unused and unopened item purchased from us for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at linawei001@hotmail.com to receive a return authorization number. Please include this number on the outside of the package being returned.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team at linawei001@hotmail.com to receive an exchange authorization number. Please include this number on the outside of the package being returned.
Shipping
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided to you when you receive your return authorization number.
Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
